Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PixBox ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

License Grant

Zhenfeng Cao ("we," "us," or "our") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App
• Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others

Data and Privacy

The App's handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data handling practices described therein.

Intellectual Property

The name PixBox, its icon, user interface design, and all code are the intellectual property of Zhenfeng Cao, protected by copyright law and international intellectual property treaties. These Terms of Use do not grant you any ownership of intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zhenfeng Cao and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent People's Court.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be notified through app update release notes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
